2. Orders
You choose your dishes from the menu on the website. At checkout you enter your name, phone and email and choose a pickup day and time. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
If we cannot prepare your order, for example because an ingredient has run out, we will contact you by phone or email and cancel the order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Czech crowns (Kč) and are final, including VAT: 12 % on food, 21 % on packaging and the bag.
Packaging is added to the price of the dishes: a small box at 5 Kč per portion, a large box at 10 Kč per portion of noodle soup (phở, bún bò Huế and similar), 5 Kč for all sushi in one order, and a 5 Kč bag per order. You see all charges in the cart before you place the order.
You pay when you pick up your order at the restaurant, by cash or card.
4. Pickup
You collect your order in person at the restaurant on the day and at the time you chose. We do not deliver; for delivery, please use Foodora or Wolt.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
Our dishes are prepared to order and are perishable. Under Section 1837 (d) and (e) of the Czech Civil Code, you therefore cannot withdraw from the contract.
6. Complaints
Please check your food when you collect it. Report any defect on the spot, or by phone or email without undue delay. We will settle your complaint without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.
7. Allergens
The allergens in each dish are listed on the menu. If you have an allergy, please mention it in the order note.
8. Personal data
We process your name, phone number and email only to handle your order and to communicate with you (performance of the contract). We do not pass your data to third parties, except the providers of technical services for our website and email. We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the order and to meet our legal obligations.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data and to restrict its processing. You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz, is responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. These terms are available in Czech, English and Vietnamese; if the versions differ, the Czech version prevails. These terms apply from 1 October 2026.
