2. What data we process and why
Table bookings: name, phone, email, date and time, number of guests and your message. We use them to handle your booking and to contact you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and steps taken before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Food orders: name, phone, email, the dishes ordered, pickup day and time, and your note. We use them to prepare and hand over your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Communication: when you email or call us, we use your details only to answer your request.
3. How long we keep the data
We keep booking data only as long as needed to handle the booking. We keep order data for the period required by accounting and tax law.
4. Who receives the data
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Only providers of technical services have access, and they process the data on our instructions: our website and email hosting provider (Hostinger) and our mailbox provider (Google Gmail), which receives booking and order notifications. Google may process data outside the EU, with safeguards under the GDPR.
5. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember your language and the contents of your cart. These cookies do not require consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to quanviplop111b@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
7. Effective date
This policy applies from 1 October 2026. It is available in Czech, English and Vietnamese; if the versions differ, the Czech version prevails.
